The Jan Matejko School of Visual Arts was established in 1995 under the direction of a highly qualified and educated instructor. All teachers have university degrees in Fine Arts. The school bears the name of a famous Polish painter of the 19th century.

The aim of the school is to give every student a solid base in drawing and painting skills. This is accomplished in a setting of small classes. A basic knowledge of art is an invaluable tool in the development of every child, no matter what occupation it chooses in the future.
